Triple R Boys Ranch

Dear Pastor and Friend,

Our family has always had a burden for teens and has through the years taken teens in crisis into our home. We have also adopted three children ourselves. What a blessing it has been to see them receive Christ, follow in baptism, and then see them work in the church. My vision has grown even greater as I see the need of other teens, who don’t have hope and are headed down the wrong road.

The Triple R Boy’s Ranch came into being when two of our own boys needed a home. The mother came and received Christ, but then left her children with her parents to raise.  It was a real handful for these grandparents. Brother & Sister Maresh did a great job, but as time went on they needed help.  Bro. Maresh, our first deacon, was diagnosed with cancer and on his death bed he begged and prayed that I would start a boy’s ranch.  I promised him that I would and at that time our son, TJ Wilder and his family was being directed by God to come on board to help.  The rest is history.  We have had five boys that have benefited from our program.  Chris and John Maresh are still here and continue to grow strong in the Lord.

The Lord has blessed Olympia Bible Baptist Church.  We have recently purchased 8 acres with a home on it to meet the needs of staff for the ranch. TJ & Heather Wilder and their four children now live in the home. Jonathan and Merri Copeland also live on the property acting as our dorm Mom & Dad.

We need your help with the added expense of this property.  The payment is $1700 monthly. The ranch can now only meet $1000 of that expense.  It would be such a blessing if you could get on board in supporting the boy’s ranch monthly for this expense.

Also, we had to put down $30,000 down payment of which we came up with $20,000.  We borrowed the $10,000 on a short term loan.  Will you come along side of us by helping with this $10,000 need?

7 churches @ $100 per month 10 churches @ $1000  one time gift

Thank you for your consideration of this need. I will follow up with you at a later time.

In His Service,

Rick Wilder

We are grateful for the horses the Lord has provided us with. These horses are used in many different ways. We use our horses as a tool to help young men work through life and learn responsibility. We also ride and rope as well as take them on hunting trips. We love when people come and want to ride we hope to continue to the horses God gave us to be a blessing to others.

By Faith or By Sight

2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith and not by sight)

I love Christmas for a lot of reasons; but if I was to be honest I really enjoy getting gifts. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy giving gifts, but we all love receiving a gist from someone! We love the chance to guess what we received and look forward to ripping open the wrapping paper to see what is inside. There is a lot of excitement during this time. We look forward receiving something that we have no clue what it is. I am sure we would have the same felling if all our presents under the tree were just sitting there for us to see without any Christmas wrapping on them. It would loose the anticipation and excitement. Well just like unwrapping a gift from someone, our Christian life is that way with God. God chooses not to show everything He is going to in out lives because our Faith would never grow or be as exciting to us, as when God surprises us with amazing blessing where we had no clue. To be honest walking by faith is way more exciting that walking by sight! May your faith continue to grow and be exciting every time God blesses you!

Praise the Lord! Secured Property

The Lord has allowed us to secure the main property that has 8acres with a house and pole building on it. We have 2 young men living full time at the ranch. God is doing great things in their lives. This summer our desire is to have a father son camp out with Preaching, archery, shooting and Horseback Riding. We will be sending information out in the next several weeks.  We really needed this property to continue to developing the vision God has given to our Pastor.

Triple R Ranch and Camps future

Dear Friends and Supporters:

We have great news!! We have secured a loan at 2.45 to purchase the 8 acres next to our church property. This property has a four bedroom home on it as well. This is where my family and I will be living.

The down payment is $30,000.00. We still $20,000.00. It is our prayer that you may be able to help us raise this amount. We are anxious to get started with the process of building a camp facility that will benefit all of our churches in the Great Northwest.
